to the Latin American Migrant Community Summit

The first-ever Latin American Migrant Community Summit will bring together hundreds of migrant leaders from the United States, Europe and Latin America for cutting-edge discussions on issues related to migration and development. The Summit will expand the network of migrant organizations from Latin America, and develop their leadership capacity to play a more active role in coordinating advocacy efforts and in building healthy communities, both in destination countries and in countries of origin.

Summit organizers encourage the participation of funders in this important gathering, through a delegation being jointly organized by the Funders Network on Trade and Globalization, the Chicago Global Donors Network, and Grantmakers Concerned with Immigrants and Refugees.
