| Description | Producers of ANOTHER WORLD IS POSSIBLE, about the World Social Forum and NOT FOR SALE about patents on life, Moving Images has long made films about war and peace, the environment, social justice, AIDS, and DNA technologies. We recently released NET LOSS: THE STORM OVER SALMON FARMING, which explores this issue in Chile and North America and which has already won several awards and been featured at numerous film festivals. We are now completing ARGENTINA: STARTING OVER, filmed on location and featuring the many grass roots efforts now underway in Argentina to build "Another World." Our programs have won multiple awards including the CINE Golden Eagle, Gold and Silver Apples, and Emmy nominations. Many have appeared on PBS and all are widely distributed throughout the world. |
