| Description | ALDES is a not-for-profit organization recognized by the Social Welfare Ministry of Ecuador as of 1996 with the accord number of 00120. ALDES operates in the southern region of Ecuador, executing development projects, providing consultations and research. We work in the following development themes: environment, agricultural production, food security, organic produce commercialization, human rights, advocacy, sexual and reproductive health, and health. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of excluded sectors of the southern region of the country, strengthening local capacity and promoting the exercise of civil rights. |
