| Description | By building coalitions at the community, regional, and national level between workers and environmentalists, ASJE seeks to shift U.S. politics around economic globalization, international finance, and global governance issues. Our education, outreach, and community organizing on the corporate trade in services agenda is engaging new sectors of both the labor and environmental movements by helping workers and environmentalists who are not now a part of the debate understand how they are affected. By offering an analysis that assists environmentalists and labor see their common interests, ASJE is helping both movements work more effectively on global economic policy and corporate accountability issues. |
