| Description | A SEED (Action for Solidarity, Equality, Environment and
Diversity - 1992, Rio/Freiburg) is an action-oriented youth network
organisation which comprises representatives of environmental and
social justice youth groups from all over the world. Our campaign on
Economic Globalisation includes projects on multilateral
development banks (WB/IMF), gene technology, and the
influence of transnational corporations in the UN. As well as facilitating the spread of
information on these issues to local groups we regularly organise
meetings and actions where ideas are exchanged and plans
are made for cooperation between groups on a global scale.
We regularly publish (in different languages) low-threshold guidebooks and newsletters tackling the
issues we work on. |
