| Project overview | Grassroots Global Justice (GGJ) is a collaboration among several organizations to strengthen the voice of the U.S. grassroots movement for global justice. Our goal is to address the domestic impacts of globalization and foment links between local organizing and our counterparts in the Global South. GGJ was born out of the World Social Forum process as an effort to integrate U.S. grassroots voices into international events. We are now solidifying the network and focusing on concrete work in the U.S. to build on our experience at the WSF, primarily through a joint campaign to the defeat the FTAA. |
